No Nomination: Multiple beautiful casts will visit your table and rotate throughout your session. Each cast visits once and never returns. Great for meeting different personalities!

Regular Nomination (本指名): Your nominated cast returns to your table multiple times during the session. If she has other regular nominations, she'll temporarily leave to serve those customers and a 'helper' cast fills in. If no other nominations, she stays seated next to you. Additional fee: ¥4,000 (including tax) per 40 minutes.

Exclusive Nomination (独占指名): Your nominated cast sits ONLY with you for the entire session—no leaving, no sharing. VIP room required. Minimum ¥108,000/40min includes: VIP Set ¥27,000 + Nomination ¥13,500 + Champagne ¥67,500+ (all prices include tax+service). Starts from next 40-min set after requesting. Note: 1 person karaoke = min ¥149,000/40min (VIP Set ×2 + Nomination ×2); 2+ persons = no extra karaoke charge.

With Regular Nomination, casts can be nominated by multiple customers simultaneously. Your cast will return to you multiple times, but she must temporarily visit other customers who also nominated her. During her absence, a professional 'helper' cast fills in so you're never alone. Think of it as your cast being shared among her fans—she always comes back to you!

Without nomination, you'll meet 2-3 different casts who rotate throughout your 40-minute session. Each cast visits once and never returns. It's perfect if you want variety and to experience different personalities during your visit!

Yes! You can nominate multiple casts for your party. Each nomination costs ¥4,000 per cast per 40-minute session. This guarantees all your nominated casts will attend to your party.

You can book online through our booking page or contact us via Telegram. For same-day reservations, please contact our customer service directly.

We recommend booking at least 1 day in advance to ensure availability, especially for VIP rooms and specific cast nominations. Last-minute bookings may be accommodated based on availability.

Yes, walk-ins are welcome! However, we cannot guarantee seat availability or specific cast nominations without advance booking. Reserving ahead ensures the best experience.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We understand plans change. For frequent no-shows, we may require advance payment for future reservations.

We accept cash and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payment is collected at the end of your visit.

No! All our prices are fully transparent and include tax and service charges. The price we quote is the price you pay. No surprises.

Buying drinks for casts is completely optional but appreciated! It's a great way to build rapport and show appreciation. Drinks range from ¥3,000-¥10,000+.

Yes! First-time guests enjoy special rates: Main Floor: ¥7,000 for 40 minutes (normally ¥13,000), VIP Room: ¥20,000 for 40 minutes (normally ¥27,000). These offers are only available through online booking—don't follow street touts!

Dohan (同伴) is an after-hours date service where you meet your favorite cast member for dinner before coming to LUXE together. It costs ¥7,000 and is available for returning customers only. When coming by Dohan, customers are required to stay for at least 60 minutes.

After check-in, you'll be seated in either the main floor or VIP room. Beautiful casts will join your table for conversation, drinks, and entertainment. You can enjoy unlimited premium drinks, light touching (upper body), and possibly kissing if both parties agree. Each 40-minute set ends with a friendly reminder—you can extend or settle your bill.

Upper body touching is encouraged, including breasts. Kissing may be possible with mutual consent—our casts are open-minded and affectionate. All interactions happen in a safe, respectful environment. Anything below the waist is not permitted.

Many of our casts can speak basic English, and some are fluent! Our staff members are multilingual and can assist with translation if needed. Don't worry about language barriers—body language and smiles go a long way!

Main Floor (¥13,000/40min): Open shared space with a vibrant atmosphere. Great for solo guests or small groups.

VIP Room (¥27,000/40min): Private suite for up to 8 guests with karaoke, complete privacy, and dedicated cast service. Perfect for groups and special occasions. Only 1 VIP room available per night!

Membership is invitation-only for guests who have visited LUXE. After your first visit, you'll be invited to join our loyalty program with exclusive member benefits and special offers.

Members enjoy tier-based discounts, exclusive offers, priority booking, birthday bonuses, and faster check-in with QR code. Members also get early access to new casts and special events!

Tiers are based on your total visits. The more you visit, the more you save!

We're open 7 days a week from 7PM to 1AM. Last entry is typically around midnight, but contact us if you're running late!

Smart casual is recommended. We want you to feel comfortable and confident! Avoid overly casual attire like gym clothes or flip-flops. When in doubt, business casual is perfect.

You may take photos with cast permission only. Please be respectful of their privacy and other guests. Posting photos online requires explicit consent from the cast. Management reserves the right to prohibit photography.

Absolutely! Groups are welcome on both the main floor and in our VIP room (max 8 guests). For larger parties or special events, please contact us in advance so we can prepare the best experience for your group.
