New Feature: Hear Our Cast's Voices Before Your Visit

A photo tells you what someone looks like. It tells you nothing about how they talk, whether they're warm or dry, fast or measured. So we added the part that was missing: every LUXE cast profile can now carry a short voice introduction, recorded by the cast member herself. You hit play and you hear her, in her own voice, before you ever walk through the door.

If you've ever scrolled a gallery of faces and thought "I genuinely can't tell who I'd get along with" — that's the gap this closes.

What it actually is

A few seconds of audio on the profile page. She says hello, introduces herself, gives you a sense of who she is. That's it. No gimmick, no upsell. Just a voice attached to a face so the choice feels less like guessing.

Finding it

Browse the cast on the gallery or check who's in tonight on the schedule. Cards with a recording show a small microphone icon — hover on desktop and you'll see the badge. Tap a card with that icon, and the voice player sits right under her basic details. Press play.

Not every cast has one yet. We're recording more each week, so the icon spreads as we go.

The subtitles

The audio runs with karaoke-style subtitles — the text lights up word by word as she speaks, so you can follow along even if her language isn't yours. Transcripts come in English, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), and Korean — the same five we speak on the floor every night. It plays fine on a phone, which is where most people are browsing anyway.

Why we bothered

Picking a cast from a grid of photos is a thin way to decide. A voice gives you tone, energy, a bit of personality — the things that actually tell you whether an evening will click. For first-timers especially, hearing someone before you arrive takes the edge off. You walk in already knowing a little, instead of nothing.

It also fits how LUXE works: cast rotate to your table across a 40-minute set, so you meet a few people before you settle on anyone. The voice intros just move some of that getting-to-know-you to before you've left your hotel.

Have a listen on the cast page. When someone's voice makes you want to meet her, a booking takes about a minute — first-visit Main Floor is ¥7,000, all in.
